The Atelier is a new room for craftsmanship in the world of Lebois & Co. It is a growing universe where independent artisans, specialist workshops and creative minds come together to create watches and experiences with stories worth telling.
We gather watchmakers and partners to work surfaces that demand time. Engraved patterns, line after line, that reveal themselves only when you stop and look. Each watch speaks through what is visible, through the precision applied to every detail. Nothing more, nothing less.
Each collaboration celebrates a different craft.

Clous de Paris
Heritage Atelier Small Seconds
The Heritage Atelier Small Seconds Clous de Paris reinterprets one of watchmaking’s most enduring decorative patterns through a meticulous multi-step dial-making process. The intricate Clous de Paris motif is created through precision diamond cutting before receiving a galvanic treatment using a 24k gold solution, resulting in a warm rose-gold tone with a subtle, ever-changing play of light.
Housed in a polished 37.8 mm stainless steel case and powered by the COSC-certified LC-350 automatic calibre, it is crafted for collectors who appreciate refinement expressed through the smallest details.

The Stroopwafel®
From a Dutch icon to a dial worth discovering
The idea first emerged during a visit to a New York watch fair in October 2024. A simple tin of Dutch stroopwafels, brought along to share with friends and retailers, sparked an unexpected question: could this familiar texture become an exceptional Swiss watch dial?
First made in early nineteenth-century Gouda, the stroopwafel began as a product of resourcefulness — crafted from leftover crumbs, dough and syrup, then transformed into something warm, sweet and unmistakably Dutch.
Over time, it became more than a biscuit. It became a ritual. Something shared, remembered and often enjoyed over coffee. Its warmth, familiarity and distinctive texture made it a natural inspiration for this first Atelier creation.
Why it belongs in The Atelier
The dial recreates the familiar Stroopwafel® pattern through a meticulously laser-engraved texture, finished in a warm caramel tone with a fine sandblasted surface. It was chosen not simply because it is playful, but because it is familiar, tactile and instantly recognisable, yet capable of being reinterpreted with remarkable precision.
That is what The Atelier stands for: taking something familiar and revealing it differently. Not as novelty, but as an expression of design, craftsmanship and detail.
GT CADRANS
The Dialmaker
Based in Switzerland, GT Cadrans is an independent dial manufacturer dedicated to the creation of exceptional watch dials. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern production techniques, the atelier brings together more than thirty specialised métiers, ranging from engraving and galvanic treatments to polishing, lacquering and fine decorative work. GT Cadrans has built a reputation for transforming creative concepts into highly sophisticated dials where technical precision and artistic expression meet.
For the inaugural Atelier collaboration within La Maison Lebois, GT Cadrans transformed two very different ideas into reality. Their expertise in diamond cutting, laser engraving, galvanic treatments and fine finishing allowed us to translate subtle textures, colours and details into two distinct creations that express the philosophy of Heritage Atelier in entirely different ways.
This is only the first room
The Atelier opens with GT Cadrans, bringing together specialist expertise, exceptional dial craftsmanship and two very different ideas.
In time, new rooms will open, each revealing another expression of craftsmanship, creativity and watchmaking. Together, they will continue to shape La Maison Lebois.
